Sonu Nigam-Abhijeet’s musical jugalbandi was the highlight of the TOI Lokhandwala Durgotsav held in Mumbai

On the auspicious occasion of Bijoya Dashami, Sonu Nigam performed to an eager crowd at The Times of India Lokhandwala Durgotsav 2015.
The singer, who sung mostly remix versions of his most popular numbers, also engaged in a musical jugalbandi with host Abhijeet Bhattacharya, where they sang each other’s Bollywood hits. In a touching gesture, the duo paid a tribute to their friend, the late Aadesh Shrivastava and sung his compositions.
On the concluding night of the Durgotsav, singers Neerja Pandit and Babul Supriyo took to the stage and sung melodious folk and Bengali songs. Apart from the great sangeet, it was Babul and Abhijeet’s playful banter that kept the audience in good humour.
