Global football exhibition on Lionel Messi to debut in India in March 2026
The internationally celebrated The Messi Experience – A Dream Come True is set to arrive in India this March as part of its 2026 world tour. After successful runs in cities such as Buenos Aires, Miami, Los Angeles and Beijing, the immersive exhibition will open in Mumbai on March 20, 2026, before travelling to Bengaluru on June 19, 2026.
Produced and promoted by BookMyShow Live, the live entertainment division of BookMyShow, the exhibition will be hosted at Century Mills in Lower Parel, Mumbai, and later at Bhartiya City Mall in Bengaluru. The event promises an interactive journey into the life and career of football icon Lionel Messi.
“I am thrilled to see this project come to life and bring fans even closer to me - both on and off the field,” said Leo Messi. “I have always sought to inspire and connect with people through my passion for soccer, and this experience will allow Indian fans to relive the most unforgettable moments of my career.”
The 75-minute exhibition will unfold across nine themed zones, using artificial intelligence and immersive technology to recreate key milestones. Visitors will be able to revisit Messi’s early days in Rosario and relive his World Cup triumph in Qatar. Fans can also “train like Leo Messi”, step into recreated match moments and explore personal stories from his journey.
An official merchandise store and interactive fan zones will also be part of the experience, offering visitors a closer look at one of football’s most admired figures.
