CM Akhilesh Yadav graces the wedding function of Samiksha and Kalrav Misra in Lucknow

The wedding of Samiksha and Kalrav Misra last Sunday saw the who’s who of the city in attendance. Bulbul Godiyal, Additional Advocate General of UP, and her hubby Dr Sudhir Chandra Godiyal, welcomed the guests from the legal, political and the medical fraternities.
CM Akhilesh Yadav graced the occasion with associates Rajendra Chaudhary and Gaurav Bhatia. Putting aside all political rivalry, politicos Pramod Tiwari and Dr Rita Bahuguna Joshi greeted the CM.Also making an appearance were Zafaryab Jilani and Justices SC Verma, Satish Misra, Ashwani Kumar, Satish Chandra, Ritu Raj Avasthi and Anil Kumar, among others. Bulbul’s sister, Madhumita Bose – looking resplendent in her shaadi finery, greeted the guests from the judiciary. Lucknow DM Rajshekhar made a hurried entry and exit, while SSP Yashasvi Yadav chose to stay a li’l longer. ADG, UP Police, Sutapa Sanyal spent some relaxed moments at the wedding.
Greeting the guests and looking after the arrangements were the bride’s siblings Akanksha, Apeksha, Aeshani and Aishwarya. “We had been so looking forward to the wedding and now that it’s finally ‘the’ day, we’re feeling we have so much to do,” said young Aeshani.
