February, the month of love, became even more special as Indranil and Karina united in the bond of marriage. The groom’s father, PC Sarkar—a Lucknow-based scientist and author, along with his wife, Shoma, warmly welcomed the guests, making the occasion even more heartfelt.

The wedding was a fusion of cultures, as Indranil, a Lucknow boy, tied the knot with Karina, who has Brazilian roots. The ceremony was steeped in traditional Bengali Hindu rituals. As the bride and groom made their entrance, all eyes turned toward them in awe. Indranil looked regal in an ivory-coloured sherwani, while Karina radiated elegance in a classic red Banarasi sari.
