An exhibition depicting richness of traditional art

Godhuli - Shyam Returning Back to Roots, a national group art exhibition of over 30 artists curated by Jyoti Saini Siddiqui was recently held at Lalit Kala Akademi. The show aimed to uplift traditional rural folk artists and make people aware of the richness of traditional art fading away in recent times. With artists from Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Bihar, Punjab, Maharashtra, and many other states, the exhibition depicted the time when Lord Krishna returned home while playing flute and with his gwalas.
