Muhammed Ali comes alive on stage
The play by Joy PP was held at Edappally
Renowned boxer Muhammed Ali’s life recently came alive on stage at the Kerala History Museum Amphitheatre at Edappally Pathadippalam. The Centre for Contemporary Art presented the play - Ali- Beyond the Ring, a performance which involved dance and music.
The director, Joy PP, created the play focusing on the influence of music in Ali’s life. A reggae, hip hop and jazz band was part of the team besides musician Bijibal and writer Madan Babu.
