Singer and actor Ila Arun, who spoke about her affinity for the season and the city's evolving cultural landscape was also present among the city's well-known faces said, “I have always enjoyed the cold weather and the food associated with this season," Ila noted, adding, "Sitting around a fireplace reminds me of my childhood. Also I love coming here during the fest as I get to meet people representing the literary diversity of not just our country but people from different corners of the world gather here, briefly turning Jaipur into a global melting pot. With the opening event concluded, the city now prepares for a series of sessions, featuring writers and thinkers from various disciplines.
