An afternoon dedicated to green fashion

A host of city P3P and socialites got together for an event dedicated to sustainable fashion at a plush venue in Begumpet recently.

Adhering to the dress code of the do, many among the 125 guests turned up dressed in colourful handloom sarees.

The highlight of the get-together was a discussion where city-based designer Gaurang Shah spoke about the importance of sustainable fabrics and various issues faced by weavers in the state.
