The former two-time WWE World Champion, Mark Henry was famous for wreaking havoc inside the ring. Now, he is nurturing new talents as a coach and mentor backstage. He was also in the news recently due to his son, Jacob Henry signing a deal with WWE. Recently, Mark appeared on the ‘Huge Pop’ show and explained the ‘It Factor’, that many superstars have and many of the wrestlers are lacking. “Every now and then, you'll find somebody with all of it. The look, the sound, the confidence. They have a confidence that says hey, even if I fail, I still won, because today I got to be me. Mark is of the opinion that the It Factor has multiple layers to it. It requires different qualities and attributes that are encapsulated in different individuals.
It might be the physicality of the wrestler, or the character that he plays. It can be anything according to Henry. Further describing the It Factor, Mark stated “A lot of people hate those guys and girls. The people that have ‘it’,” Henry exclaimed. "Because usually the people that have it, you can hear them before they come in the room," "Once they get in a room, sometimes it's a visual, striking thing. Or the person, they look a certain way. You know a bit different. Or they're beautiful.”
Mark himself possessed the ‘It Factor’, which was just the sheer physicality that he brought to the ring with him. He did not just look dangerous, but was also able to pull off unheard exhibitions of strength, every now and then. His reign as the World Heavyweight Champion in 2011, was infamously known as the “Hall of Pain”. Who do you think among the current WWE superstars has the It factor?
