Sanjana Jon's b'day bash

Designer Sanjana Jon’s birthday bash turned into a musical celebration, as friends Shibani Kashyap and Shankar Sahney turned up for their gal pal’s special day.
But, the hostess kept to the theme of her bash – ‘Go Green’ – and turned up in a matching outfit. As friends started arriving, it became an unending ‘hugathon’ for Sanjana as she met each guest.In turn, all of them spoke to her about her upcoming US visit for brother Anand’s case, before inundating her with birthday wishes.
MONTHLY USER: Charu Parashar turned up with husband Anupam, and told us that she’s come to a party after almost a month. Arrey, she hasn’t become a party recluse, but the impending fashion week is keeping her busy. She said, “I’ve resurfaced after a month probably and dressed for a party. Otherwise, from morning to evening you’ll see me in my kurta and jeans. It’s difficult to even recognise me then.”
BOY ZONE: Imran Zahid turned up before midnight and you know the ways with filmdom. Everyone wanted to greet the actor and he ended up answering questions on his upcoming film with Mahesh Bhatt over a dozen times. But Imran told us later that he doesn’t like to party and comes to very select bashes. Even wrestler Sanjit Kumar, who made a rare appearance, said he doesn’t find partying to be a good exercise (pun intended). But post his reality show, Sanjit too is a limelight darling and posed for several photographs through the course of the night.
