Jaya Bachchan cheers son Abhishek’s (below) kabaddi team along with grandkids Navya Naveli Nanda and Agastya Nanda at the Pro Kabaddi League match between the Jaipur and the Delhi teams in the capital on Tuesday. Delhi had a fun-filled date with kabaddi when the Thyagraj Stadium played host to kabaddi lovers rooting for their home team Dabang Delhi who played against the Jaipur Pink Panthers during a Pro Kabbadi League match. Adding dollops of glamour to the event was Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan, the owner of Jaipur Pink Panthers, who was accompanied by his mother Jaya Bachchan, sister Shweta Nanda, her two kids Agastya and Navya Naveli Nanda among others. Murali Karthik were also seen cheering for the teams.
Abhishek said, “We have travelled to so many cities, but Dilli ke logo main jo josh hai woh kahi nahi hai. Our team thoroughly enjoyed playing here, and the audiences have been very supportive and the whole experience overwhelming. We hope that we win the trophy and uske baad party banti hai Jaipur main. It was also nice to have my entire family and friends here for the match.”
