Inter-school quiz competition on Dadra and Nagar Haveli held

The final round of inter-school quiz competition on Dadra and Nagar Haveli was held on Friday at Govt. Girls Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 18 here. While total 72 teams had participated in the first round of the quiz on Thursday, the event by the Education Department of UT, saw top five teams qualifying for the second and final round after proving themselves in the preliminary round.Manav Mangal-21 bagged first position while DAV-15 and Saupins-32 secured second and third spot, respectively. The winning teams were awarded with cash prizes and certificates by Rubinderjit Singh Brar, Director School Education. Also, Shivalik Public School-41 and Govt. High School, Daddu Majra were given consolation cash prizes along with the participation certificates.
