What to expect at Grammy winner Slash’s India concert

Legendary rock icon Slash is all set to make his India debut as the headliner to rock music and adventure sports festival MTV Indies Extreme.

Rockers around the country will gather in Mumbai and Bangalore to see Slash perform his new studio album ‘World on Fire’ along with Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators. Slash is set to perform at the Jio Gardens BKC in Mumbai on November 7 and at Hard Rock Café in Bangalore on November 14.
Voted the Second Best Guitar Player of All time by Times magazine, Slash is also a song-writer and a film producer. He was inducted into the rock and roll hall of fame in 2012.
Digital partner Hungama will set up a digital photo booth that creates GIFs using engaging imagery. To enhance the experience, attendees can use funky props available at the booth. The GIF images will be a part of a series of GIFs which will run across social media with the #HungamawithSlash.
If you haven’ yet booked your tickets for the concert, Hungama is running a social media contest where subscribers can win free passes. Participants have to send in answers to simple trivia questions based on the Slash tracks on the app to win passes. The contest will run all day on November 6 before the event kicks off in Mumbai.
About the tie-up with Slash and Live Viacom 18 for the concert, Siddharth Roy CEO of Hungama.com said, “We feel delighted to be associated with rock legends like Slash. We are happy that our subscribers will get a chance to be a part of this experience and witness history in the making.”
