The Brazilian supermodel bought the two-bedroom, two-bath condo back in 2002 for $3 million. According to reports, Bundchen’s house 1,750 sq-ft comes with a 2,500 sq-ft landscaped roof deck.
It also has panoramic views of the Hudson River from each of its three floors, and has among its special features a high-tech security system, a wood-burning fireplace and Brazilian-wood floors.The apartment’s deck comes equipped with a chef’s grill and party-sized hot tub. Bundchen — who is currently dating quaterback Tom Brady — has already purchased another bigger house in the Village.
