Cash Warren files to finalize divorce with Jessica Alba; to receive USD 3 million for asset payout - Reports

As per the latest reports, Jessica Alba's ex-partner, Cash Warren, has filed an official request to finalize their divorce. The two had earlier announced their separation almost two years ago and have been dealing with the divorce case ever since.

As per reports shared by TMZ, Warren filed the documents in court on February 13. According to the documents, the couple agreed to not pay any spousal support to one another and mutually agreed to part ways. They are also said to share joint custody of their children.




As for their shared assets, Cash Warren is all set to receive a payout worth USD 3 million to cover the costs. As per the report, half of the amount will be paid now, while the actress will clear the remaining half a year from now.

The two had earlier separated in 2025. However, Alba officially filed for divorce from her longtime partner in February last year.

The couple had been married for almost 16 years since 2008, and share three children: daughters Honor Marie, who is 17, and Haven Garner, who is 14. They also have their youngest, their son Hayes Alba, who is 8.

They met on the sets of the first ‘Fantastic Four’ film in 2004. Alba played Sue Storm, while Warren was working on the sets as a director at the time. While the two have officially separated, they have kept up a united front in public. After filing for divorce last year, she took to her account on Father’s Day to praise Warren for all that he does for their children.

Cash Warren has also been dating and was spotted last year out and about with his model girlfriend Hana Sun Doerr.
