Puja means day-long adda with para friends for the father son duo Santilal and Rwitobroto Mukherjee. Both of them have their respective groups of friends with whom these two spend all their Puja days with Anjali, adda and bhog. “On Dashami, we go for pandal hopping at night. The sons of dad’s friends are my friends and we all go together,” Rwitobroto told us.“This year, this Dashami plan might just get postponed as the collapse of Majerhat Bridge is creating traffic havoc in this area. However, the adda will continue,” confirmed Santilal.
