The frontman of recently dissolved Bengali rock band Prithibi,

The present line up has Kaushik (lead vocals, composer, lyricist), Deep (bass, backing vocals), Arunangshu (guitar) and Aniruddha (drums, percussions and backing vocal), Deepayan (keyboard, backing vocal) and Debangshu (guitar). The band celebrated a re-launch ceremony recently, along with a special screening of their debut music video Mukti featuring the new band members.
In December last year, the band dissolved owing to internal disagreement.
Three out of a four-member lineup left the band. Koushik, however, re-formed the band, Reincarnation 2020, this January.
Prithibi was formed in 2001. It was one of the leading college bands in Asutosh College. This 18-year-old band has three albums and a song that was featured in Kaushik Ganguly’s film, Kishore Kumar Junior under its belt
