Bodhisatwa Trio treats fans to an evening of rock and jazz

It was an evening of adda, music and good food as Bodhisatwa Trio, featuring Bodhisatwa Ghosh, Bijit Bhattacharya and Premjit Dutta, launched their album Intersections at a city restaurant recently. With musicians like Amyt Datta, Raja Narayan Deb, Anupam Roy, Gabu, Bumpy, Prosen, Jivraj Singh and Jaysree Singh in attendance, it sure was a fun-filled evening.
The instrumental jazz rock project comprises six peppy tracks like Anihilation, Locked up, Chronos, 0305, Metamorphing and 0305 reprise.“This album is an intersection of three different ideas. We played three songs after the launch for the guests,” said Bodhisatwa. We caught the invitees savouring the lipsmacking spread as they hummed along with the trio.
