Ben E King’s one of the most popular songs ‘Stand By Me’ now has a modern touch in between the tensed scenario of the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown blues.
Four renowned musicians from Bengal, Prabuddha Banerjee, Upal Sengupta, Dibyendu Mukherjee and Bodhisattwa Banerjee, joined hands and made a melodious lockdown Cover of the iconic song. All four of them hadrecorded the audio and the video from home and later Shomi Chatterjee did the audio mixing and mastering and Upal edited the music video.

While posting it on social media, Prabuddha Banerjee wrote, “These are difficult times when 4 of us decided to make this cover as we thought that it is an appropriate song now.”
