Why is Abir on silent mode?

Abir Chatterjee plays a double role in Bidaay Byomkesh, which releases tomorrow. It shows how an aged Byomkesh passes on the baton of Satyanweshi to his grandson Satyaki Bakshi. Is it the end of the saga for Byomkesh or is it a new beginning for the iconic detective? This is what the film is all about. “I feel nervous the day before my film releases and I go into silent mode.I hardly take calls or interact with people. It is on Saturday that I start calling up theatres to know how the film is doing,” said Abir. He added, “The audience is unpredictable. So, before my film releases, I just pray that we are able communicate our thoughts and ideas with them.”
