Tnushree and Parambrata wrap up shooting in Kasouli

Tnushree Chakraborty returned to Kolkata yesterday after a 14 days-long shooting schedule in Kasouli for Arindam Banerjee’s next film ‘Antardhan’. The film, which stars Parambrata Chattopadhyay alongside Tnushree, has an interesting sequence set in the Himachal where they play a married couple who goes in search for their missing daughter amidst the hills.
As we reported earlier, Tnushree was on her way to Kasouli when Chandigarh Airport was closed and flights were cancelled amid the Indo-Pak tension and the area was declared to be on high alert.

She later reached the venue by road after being stuck at Delhi Airport.
We got in touch with the actress after she successfully wrapped up her schedule and she shared, “It was a wonderful experience to shoot in such a beautiful location. I have always been very fond of the Himachal and visited the range quite a few times earlier but never had a chance to tour the areas we shot in. That made the Himachal sequences even more exciting for me. The temperature remained extremely low during the entire schedule and every single member from the cast and crew were reeling under the cold.”
Tnushree and Arindam previously teamed up for ‘Flat No. 609’ which was mostly shot in Kolkata and hence Arindam wanted to shoot in an entirely different setting this time. “While we discussed the script, we decided no other venue would have been appropriate for the thriller as Kasouli. The setting and weather was exactly what we required for the sequence to come out as real and I can hardly wait till the audience watch the trailer,” shared Tnushree.
