Manoj Michigan’s latest romantic thriller is being hailed by moviegoers for more reasons than one. “I’m getting all kinds of positive feedback from the audience. From the performances to the way the story has been told, the cinematography and the film’s music — every aspect is being appreciated. I must say the response is truly heart-warming,” said the director. CT asked a few celebs, who recently watched Tritio Adhyay, how they liked the film.
1x1 polls
Here’s what they said:
Satrajit Sen, director: Seeing Abir (Chatterjee) and Paoli pair up after so long was a treat for me. They have met all the expectations, thanks to Manoj’s deft direction. Abir shines in the film and his look will make his die-hard female fans go crazy! Paoli’s portrayal of her character looks effortless. Manoj himself is a revelation as an actor and we want to see more of him on screen.
Debarati Gupta, director: Supriyo Dutta’s cinematography is wonderful. His use of natural light is commendable and the framings are great. Sound engineer Ayan Bhattacharya has done a brilliant job as the sound complements the film’s pace. And I was pleasantly surprised to see Manoj acting.
Shataf Figar, actor: Love comes in different forms in this film and each form is a celebration or destruction of love. But love is always magical — this is what Manoj has established in his film.
Gabu, musician: I loved the story and concept. The twists in Manoj’s film are the biggest attractions. And this time too he has not disappointed us. Both Abir and Paoli have done a swell job. It is definitely a must-watch film.
