With the world at a standstill because of the
coronavirus pandemic, the film industry is staring at abandoned sets, closed cinema theatres and actors with empty diaries. From managing busy weeks and tight schedules, stars are now confined to their homes.
Bangladeshi actress Nusraat Faria who was last seen in
Birsa Dasgupta’s comedy caper ‘Bibaho Obhijaan’ had returned home from Mumbai after shooting for a film and now spends her time inside the four walls.
Her last working day was March 10.
"I was supposed to start a film with Shihab Shaheen on March 11. However, due to concerns over the coronavirus pandemic, we did not go ahead with it. I miss the entire process of shooting, from waking up for work to packing up to leave the sets," shares Nusraat who completed five years in the film industry last month.
On the working front, in Tollywood up next for the pretty actress is
Raja Chanda’s thriller ‘Bhoy’ which also features her ‘Bibaho Obhijaan’ co-star Ankush. Nusraat will be seen as the female lead who is Ankush's autistic sister’s teacher helping the protagonist to overcome his fear.
