Dev's Buno Haansh to get a part II?
Will Amal be back? Thats the question dogging two minds that of director Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury and author Samares Mazumdar.
The story of a simpleton whose tryst with the underworld made for Aniruddha Roy Chowdhurys celluloid saga Buno Haansh, is likely to be developed further. And for it, Aniruddha has decided to turn to none other than Samares himself. A meeting has been scheduled on Wednesday, where the author will decide whether he wishes to explore Amals life some more with another twist in the tale.
1x1 polls
Said the author, Aniruddha has spoken to me about a possible Part II of the story. Well meet on Wednesday. There is no hard-and-fast rule that he should make a sequel with my story; if I have an idea, I will develop it. Its subject to discussion.
Sources said, Aniruddha is indeed keen on Samares writing the story for the sequel.
The author added, Aniruddha had left the film open-ended, reason why many asked me what will happen to Amal after this. Right now, I have no answer to that. But we can together look into it. As far as I am concerned, I have never had to develop a novel further for any movie. Lets see if things fall into place. Aniruddha, on his part, is non-committal about the sequel, the first announcement of which was made through an interview he gave us. I think my Hindi film will happen first. That apart, I will like to work with Dev once again, he added.
Its heard that Dev, who played Amal to glory on the big screen, is no less excited about Buno Haansh Part II.
