KG Reddy College of Engineering & Technology (KGRCET) was established in the year 2008, is a private Self financing Technical institution approved by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH), Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana State, Recognized by UGC under Section 2(f) of UGC Act 1956 and Accredited by NAAC. KGRCET was founded and managed by Aristotle Educational Society known for its commitment to offer world-class engineering education with quality technical teaching and best of infrastructure. The college is offering Six Under Graduate and One Post Graduate course (MBA). The college implements principle of outcome based education and blooms taxonomy since two years.

Creating New-Age Engineers Since a Decade.
The world has enough engineers, what they it needs is new-age engineers. Engineers who are creative and strategic thinkers, who possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and who showcase civic and social responsibility. Established a decade ago, KG Reddy College of Engineering & Technology's (KGRCET) sole purpose was to create new-age engineers who are primed to succeed and become leaders in the industry. By offering globally-lauded teaching and learning methodologies, supported by state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities, we have been consistently producing new-age engineers for over a decade.
KGRCET's new-age learning is imparted through a combination three unique teaching methodologies – Experiential Learning, Hybrid learning, and Active Learning. Our inhouse Center for Engineering Education Development designs and conducts faculty development programs throughout the year to train our faculty and get them prepared to provide high quality education to the students. Our new-age teaching is supported through digitally enabled classrooms supplemented with audio visual capabilities. Our state-of-the-art infrastructure was built to keep the student motivated and engaged both inside and outside the classroom.
We have made available to students multiple co-curricular & extracurricular activities as we strongly believe in learning beyond the classroom. We make sure to keep students up-to-date with emerging technologies by engaging them in the various clubs. The college has established Artificial Intelligence, Block chain, Data Science, and Electric Vehicle clubs to engage students in training programs and make them work on hands-on projects. Multiple Hackathon’s were conducted to promote product innovation as students worked in teams to develop technology based solutions to real-time problems provided to them. Students also have opportunities for extra-curricular development by participating in our cultural clubs and sports teams.
To help prepare our students for life after graduation, the Training and Placements (T&P) cell at KGRCET offer industry-relevant courses in emerging technologies, along with campus recruitment training to enhance their technical and communication skills. Being located just 30 minutes from Gachibowli and Hi-Tech City, we have the opportunity to provide our students with job opportunities through on-campus placement drives from a range of core engineering and multinational companies. We offer 100% placement opportunities to all our students and boast to have placed 90% of all eligible students in the last three years. Our students have been offered 500+ job offers with highest package being 10 LPA. Students interested to pursue higher education are provided with guidance towards their GRE/GATE preparation along with support from in-house counselors to pick the right college and program.
The college has fostered a culture for entrepreneurship and innovation as it’s an integral part of its vision for new-age engineering. We have established entrepreneurship development club that conduct monthly seminars and courses on entrepreneurship and innovation. Students with interesting ideas are provided support to develop business models and can then later incubate their start-up in our Technology Business Incubator which is approved by the Ministry for Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). Innovative ideas are offered initial funding of 15 lakhs to develop their prototype and test it in the market. All of these initiatives are aimed to enable our new-age engineers to get their ideasto market. Engineering is driven by research, and so is our college. Our college is recognized as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (SIRO) by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government of India. Our faculty team includes 25 faculties with PhD and another 23 currently pursuing PhD’s in emerging technologies. In the last 3 years, we have filed 19 patents and published 400+ papers in national and international journals. Through the support of highly qualified and dedicated faculty, we have produced 3000+ new-age engineers who work in various national and multinational companies across the globe.
