Tiruttani election results 2026: AIADMK'S G Hari emerges at the winner with 89169 votes

With 89,169 votes, G Hari of AIADMK won in Tiruttani. He won against the TVK candidate M Sathya Kumar by a margin of 5793 votes.

In 2021 polls, S Chandran, representing DMK, secured a decisive victory with 120,314 votes (51.7% vote share), defeating G Hari (AIADMK) by a margin of 29,253 votes. The NTK candidate, L Akila, finished third with 12,007 votes, while the DMDK (contesting under a different alliance then) secured only 3,928 votes. The 2016 polls favoured AIADMK with P M Narasimhan receiving 93,045 votes (41.84% vote share) as he defeated the Congress candidate, A G Chidambaram, by a margin of 23,141 votes.

Tiruttani recorded a surge of voter participation this year with over 90% voter turnout in comparison to 79.47% in the 2021 elections.
