Maduravoyal election results 2026: TVK’s Rhevanth Charan wins by 61,509 votes
Maduravoyal has delivered a clear verdict in favour of Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam, with Rhevanth Charan securing a strong victory in a closely watched three-cornered contest. With counting complete (27/27 rounds), Charan polled 1,41,725 votes, defeating DMK’s K Ganapathy by a margin of 61,509 votes. Ganapathy secured 80,216 votes, while AIADMK’s P Benjamin finished third with 54,705 votes.
In the 2021 Assembly elections, K Ganapathy (DMK) won with 1,21,298 votes, defeating AIADMK’s P Benjamin, who secured 89,577 votes, by a margin of 31,721 votes. In 2016, AIADMK’s Benjamin P had won with 99,739 votes, defeating Indian National Congress candidate R Rajesh, who secured 91,337 votes, by a margin of 8,402 votes.
