PM Narendra Modi hits out at Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao
MAHBUBNAGAR: Prime Minister Narendra Modi hit out at Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) chief K Chandrasekhar Rao for his belief in

Modi said TRS supremo KCR went for early assembly polls in the state on the advice of his astrologers as his stars might not favor victory for TRS if elections were held along with the Lok Sabha polls now.
“Astrologers seems to have advised him to go for early elections. If the elections are held nine months later, in April and May 2019, Modi was told by astrologers that the TRS will lose both assembly and Lok Sabha,” Modi said at a public meeting at Bhuthpur village near Mahbubnagar district headquarters.
He asked the people as to who will decide the future of Telangana.
“Will it be the people of Telangana or astrolgers?,” he said.
Had the elections for both assembly and Lok Sabha were held simultaneously, it would have saved huge amount of public money and not been a burden on the exchequer.
KCR hurriedly went for advanced polls but took his time in forming the ministry because of which the entire administration remained paralysed for two to three months, said the PM.
According to Modi, the people of Mahbubnagar strengthened the political career of KCR and his family, but did not get anything in return. “He became MP. Later, when Telangana was announced, he became chief minister.
"His entire family, son, daughter and other family members also benefited, but the people of Mahbubnagar did not derive any benefit during the time KCR represented them in the Lok Sabha between 2009-2014,” he said.
He also criticized KCR for his party association with All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul (AIMIM), saying the CM was resorting to appeasement politics. “The TRS and MIM alliance is not for the benefit of the people but for their own interests and moving closely with people who insulted the country and constitution of the India and preferred to give reservations on the basis of religion."
Many central schemes, Modi said, were diverted the TRS government and labelled as its (state government) programmes. “Ok, you want to claim central schemes as your schemes but works need to be done,” he said. He said the NDA government has given many projects like railway lines, national highways, AIIMS and Ayushman Bharat.
BJP state president K Laxman, BJP Mahbubnagar and Nagarkurnool candidates DK Aruna and Bangaru Shruthi respectively, sitting MP Jithender Reddy and other leaders were present.

Modi should tell why he as the PM of India copied Telangana a smaller and younger states scheme to disburse 6000 every year. every farmer of India should thank CM KCR for successfully implementing the scheme, so BJP copied it. In my opinion Telangana is light years ahead of India by the time of 2024 elections (even without centre support ) . Though I belong to Andhra I am proud to say our neighbor state was doing exceptionally well in all fronts so that we also can ask our government to implement those schemes.Read allPost comment
