Ibrahim told reporters here on Tuesday that Indira Gandhi never used the military operations for political gains. “Indian armed forces had conducted 12 surgical strikes when Indira Gandhi was the Prime Minister. However, it was not Indira Gandhi who fought against Pakistan.

It was Indian soldiers who fought against Pakistan during the surgical strikes. Indira Gandhi did not claim it as her achievements. Instead, those who participated in the surgical strikes were honoured then. Whereas BJP leader B S Yeddyurappa has even made a claim that the party will bag 22 seats in Karnataka because of surgical strike,” Ibrahim said criticizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP for using surgical strikes for political campaigns.
He said Modi will not be the next Prime Minister of India.

“It will be a government of coalition parties in India after the

Lok Sabha

election. Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan wants to see India destroying. Hence, he wants Modi to be the Prime Minister of India again. This is a historic election, which will decide whether India should continue to be democratic nation or not.”
