Samsherganj Assembly Election Results 2026 Live Updates: TMC's Mohammed Noor Alam leads by 7,587 votes
Md Najme Alam (Congress), Mohammed Noor Alam (Trinamool Congress), Sasti Charan Ghosh (Bharatiya Janata Party), Md Meraj Sorif (Rashtriya Secular Majlis Party), Rabiul Hoque (Socialist Unity Centre Of India (COMMUNIST)), Anup Bhaskar (Independent), Abdul Hai (Independent), Md. Nazim Sk (Independent), Md. Selim Ansari (Independent), and Motajul Islam (Independent) — 10 candidates contesting from Samserganj in West Bengal's 2026 Assembly Election. Votes cast across this constituency are now being counted, and early trends from each round will be closely watched as the day unfolds. Samserganj is a General constituency under the Maldaha Dakshin Lok Sabha segment. In 2021, Amirul Islam of the Trinamool Congress won the seat. Amirul Islam had also won in 2016. the final result will show which candidate has secured the most votes in Samserganj in 2026.
