Anupam Ghosh (Bharatiya Janata Party), Koushik Roy (Congress), Subir Chatterjee (Tinkai) (Trinamool Congress), Nazira Khatun (All India Secular Front), Prasenjit Santra (Bharatiya Nyay-Adhikar Raksha Party), Anupam Malik (Independent), Kousik Ghosh (Independent), and Jyotsna Rang (Independent) — 8 candidates contesting from Jagatballavpur in West Bengal's 2026 Assembly Election. Votes cast across this constituency are now being counted, and early trends from each round will be closely watched as the day unfolds. Jagatballavpur is a General constituency under the Sreerampur Lok Sabha segment. In 2021, SITANATH GHOSH of the Trinamool Congress won by a margin of 29,196 votes.
