AIADMK files complaint against M Karunanidhi

AIADMK lawyers have filed a complaint against DMK chief M Karunanidhi for violating the model code while filing the nomination in Tiruvarur on April 25. The complaint says though the code allows only four persons to be with the candidate, there were several persons while Karunanidhi filed his nomination.
“Though there are many persons present with Karuananidhi, the Election Commission official did not oppose and did not ask them to leave,“ said the lawyers in a press release.
The party lawyers have also filed a complaint against PMK candidate Anbumani Ramadoss. The same reason was quoted for the complaint.Anbumani filed his nomination on Monday at Pennagaram in Dharmapuri.
