Young Engineers are crucial to ensure quality power supply: Transco JMD Pruthvi Tej

Amaravati: AP Transco Joint Managing Director (JMD), I Pruthvi Tej has observed that Assistant Executive Engineers (AEEs) are playing a very key role in ensuring the hassle free power supply to the consumers. He said that the AEEs are relentlessly working in the field to cater to the growing demands of the consumers right from domestic households to agriculture to commercial and factories. Pruthvi Tej unveiled the APSEB AEEs association diary-2023 here on Friday. Addressing the conference, JMD asked the young engineers to work diligently to provide quality supplies. He wanted the young engineers to quickly adapt to the new technologies to go closer to the consumers and help resolve their grievances with regard to the power supply. He said that switching to new technologies would also reduce financial burden on the corporation. “You should come out with new and innovative ideas to reach out to the consumers and provide quality services. Young brains at the field level are playing key role in ensuring better services to the consumers,” said Pruthvi Tej. APPCC chairman & JMD(HR & Admin), G. Chandra Shekhar, Director/Thermal/AP Genco, T. Veera Bhadra Reddy, Director/Finance/AP Transco, APSEB Engineers Association President G.B.Srinivas and Secretary General P. Pratap Reddy and others participated. The event was also attended by co-chairmen G. Mallikharjuna Rao, general secretary S. Pratap, assistant secretary A. Murali, other executive members and a large number of AEEs from all over the state attended the event.
