The UPSSSC will soon release the UPSSSC PET Admit Card 2025 for the Group C Preliminary Eligibility Test scheduled on September 6 and 7, 2025. Candidates who completed their applications can download the admit card from upsssc.gov.in using their Application Number and Date of Birth. The exam will be OMR-based with 100 objective-type questions. Eligible candidates must have passed Class 10. Selection will be through a written test, merit list, and document verification.

UPSSSC PET Hall Ticket 2025: The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) will soon release the UPSSSC PET Admit Card 2025 for the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) scheduled to be held for Group C posts. The hall tickets will be made available on the official website – upsssc.gov.in – in September 2025.The written examination for UPSSSC PET 2025 is scheduled to be held on September 6 and 7, 2025. Candidates who have submitted their applications successfully can access and download the admit card using their Application Number and Date of Birth once the link is activated by the authority.Exam overview and important datesThe UPSSSC PET 2025 is a state-level examination to recruit candidates for various Group C posts. The online application process began on May 14, 2025, and ended on June 17, 2025. The deadline for fee payment and application correction was June 17 and June 26, 2025, respectively. The results of the examination will be announced soon after its conclusion.Eligibility and age limit for UPSSSC PET 2025Applicants must have passed Class 10 or its equivalent from a recognised board, university, or institution in India to be eligible for the exam.
The minimum age limit is 18 years, while the maximum age allowed is 40 years as on July 1, 2025.Exam pattern and selection processThe PET will be conducted in offline mode (OMR-based). It will consist of 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions, each carrying one mark. There is a negative marking of 0.25 for every incorrect answer. The duration of the examination is two hours. The exam will be bilingual, conducted in both Hindi and English.The selection process comprises three stages — Written Examination, Merit List, and Document Verification.Application fee structureThe application fee varies by category:• General/OBC/EWS: Rs 185• SC/ST: Rs 95• PH (Divyang): Rs 25The fee can be paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking, or offline through E-Challan.Salary structure for Group C postsSelected candidates will be entitled to a pay scale ranging from Rs 5,200 to Rs 20,200, with grade pay between Rs 1,900 and Rs 2,800. The basic salary will fall between Rs 19,900 and Rs 63,200. Allowances include Dearness Allowance (Rs 100–Rs 200 per month), House Rent Allowance (Rs 700–Rs 2,000 approximately), and Travelling Allowance as per UP government norms.
