UP JEECUP 2026: The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh will close the online application process for the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination (Polytechnic) 2026 today, May 17, 2026. Candidates seeking admission to diploma courses offered by government, aided and private polytechnic institutions across the state can submit their forms through the official website, jeecup.admissions.nic.in.The Council has advised applicants to complete the registration process before the deadline to avoid technical difficulties, including server-related issues during the final hours. Students who have passed Class 10 examinations, as well as those appearing this year, are eligible to apply for the entrance examination conducted for admission to various diploma programmes.Admit cards and examination scheduleThe admit cards for candidates who complete the registration process successfully will be released on May 25, 2026. The entrance examination for different groups, including A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, L and K1 to K8, will be conducted from June 2 to June 9, 2026.The examination will be held in Computer-Based Test mode. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes categories are required to pay Rs 200 per application.The fee payment can be completed online through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking facilities while submitting the application form.Steps to complete the registration processCandidates must first visit the official JEECUP portal and open the “Online Application Form for UPJEE (Polytechnic) 2026” link available on the homepage. After completing registration with basic details such as name, mobile number and email ID, applicants can log in using their application number and password.Applicants are required to enter educational details, upload photograph, signature and necessary documents in the prescribed format before making the fee payment and final submission. Candidates have also been advised to keep a printed copy of the confirmation page for future use.Correction facility to open laterThe Council will also provide a form correction facility for candidates who have already submitted their applications.
