Telangana intermediate results 2026: Recounting, reverification and supplementary exam dates released by TGBIE today
TS Inter Results 2026: TS Inter Results 2026 have been announced by the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TGBIE), along with supplementary examination information and post-results procedures. These results are applicable to both 1st year and 2nd year students who took the TS Intermediate Public Examination.Out of a total number of 9.97 lakh candidates appearing in this examination, the evaluation process included 31,743 invigilators and 28,507 evaluators, who evaluated the answer sheets at 20 valuation centers. The practical examination was held earlier at 1,924 centers. Out of the above mentioned, 3,23,807 candidates have passed the exam, making the pass percentage 66.20%. Girl’s pass percentage was 74.40%, whereas for boys the pass percentage was 57.69%.Grade wise performance is as follows: A grade - 2,10,380; B grade - 75,096; C grade – 28,062; and D grade – 10,269. Total of 13 candidates have been reported under malpractice.Procedure of recounting and reverificationRecounting and supply of scanned copy-cum-reverification of valued answer sheets has been made possible by the board.
Application for recounting will cost Rs.100 per subject, whereas for scanned copy-cum-reverification, students need to pay Rs.800 per subject via the website.The application period will be from April 13, 2026, to April 20, 2026. Applicants will have to apply online through the student services section, specifying the subjects and furnishing all necessary information. According to the board, no offline submission would be entertained after the prescribed date.Schedule for supplementary examinationsIntermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Examinations for theory subjects are scheduled to start from May 13, 2026, in two shifts. Practical examinations will begin on May 22, 2026, in two shifts.Candidates who failed to clear their main exams in the required criteria may take these supplementary examinations. Fee payment for supplementary examinations can be done at respective junior colleges during the application period.Download and verification of marks memoStudents are advised to download their electronic marks memo from the website starting on 12th April 2026 at 5:00 PM onwards. Principal’s will also be able to download the marks register through their account.The board wishes to make clear that there will not be any issuance of individual marks memo in print form. The students should keep the printed memo until they receive their certificate of passing.
