SWAYAM 2026 January semester: Application correction window opens at exams.nta.nic.in; check direct link, list of editable fields
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the application correction window for the Study Webs of Active Learning for Young Aspiring Minds (SWAYAM) January 2026 Semester examination. Candidates who have registered for the exam can make changes in their application forms through the official website at exams.nta.nic.in/swayam.
According to the official notice, the correction facility will remain available from May 15 to May 17, 2026, up to 11:50 PM.
The SWAYAM January 2026 Semester examination is scheduled to be conducted on May 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21, 2026, at various examination centres across the country. The exam will be held in hybrid mode, including Computer-Based Test (CBT) as well as Pen and Paper format.

NTA has clarified that this is a one-time correction facility and no further opportunity for modifications will be provided after the deadline.
As per Annexure 1 of the official notice, candidates will be allowed to edit the following details:
However, candidates will not be allowed to change their registered mobile number and email address.
NTA stated that additional fees may apply if changes in category, PwBD status, or course selection affect the examination fee. The extra amount, if applicable, must be paid through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
The agency also informed candidates that only one-time correction will be permitted. Once the modified form is submitted, it will be frozen and no further edits will be allowed.
