Technical Manager posts require a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture with relevant experience. For the Lead Analyst role in the Risk Control Unit, candidates should have a background in forensic sciences or risk and fraud-related certifications along with experience in risk control functions. A minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying degree is generally required.
Selected candidates will be appointed in officer pay scales approved by the Indian Banks’ Association. Along with basic pay, employees will receive allowances such as dearness allowance and other benefits as per bank rules. A probation period is usually applicable.
