RBSE Class 5th, 8th result 2026 to be announced on this date: Check where and how to download marksheets
The Rajasthan School Education Department has announced the result date for the RBSE Class 5 and Class 8 board examinations 2026. According to official updates, the results will be declared on March 24, 2026, bringing relief to lakhs of students across the state who appeared for the exams this year.
Once released, students will be able to access their results online through the official portals such as rajshaladarpan.nic.in and rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in.
The Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (RBSE) confirmed the date for the declaration of Class 5 and Class 8 results through an official announcement. The results will be made available online on March 24, allowing students to download their provisional marksheets using their login credentials.
These examinations are conducted by the Registrar, Education Departmental Examinations, Bikaner, which looks after the evaluation and declaration of results for elementary classes in Rajasthan.
According to reports, more than 26 lakh students are waiting for the results this year, which makes this examination one of the biggest in Rajasthan at the elementary level.

Meanwhile, the Rajasthan education department has also informed schools that annual examination results for the academic session 2025–26 will be declared on March 25, 2026.
As per the official communication, government schools will release results for several other classes through the Shala Darpan portal. Similar to previous years, schools will generate:
The department noted that the Shala Darpan module has been operational since the beginning of the academic session, allowing schools to enter marks from competency-based assessments, periodic tests, and examinations conducted throughout the year. Using this data, the final results and report cards will be generated and released online.
The students must note that the online result will be provisional in nature, while the marksheets will be made available later through their respective schools.

How to download RBSE Class 5th, 8th marksheets
Candidates can follow the steps below to check their results online:
- Visit the official website: rajshaladarpan.nic.in
- Click on the link for ‘RBSE Class 5 Result 2026’ or ‘RBSE Class 8 Result 2026’
- Enter the required credentials such as roll number and district or date of birth
- Click on Submit
- The result will appear on the screen
- Download and print the provisional marksheet for future reference.
Shala Darpan to host RBSE results for other classes

- Holistic Report Cards for Pre-Primary and Classes 1 and 2
- Competency-Based Assessment reports under the Mahatma Gandhi School Reforms Programme (MSRA) for Classes 3, 4, 6, and 7
- Results based on local examinations for Classes 9 and 11
