Not satisfied with NEET UG 2026 Answer Key? Here’s how the Objection Window works
NTA has released the provisional answer key for NEET UG 2026 for all the sets of question papers. Candidates who appeared for the undergraduate medical entrance examination can now access and download the answer keys from the official website.
Along with the provisional answer key, the NTA is also expected to release scanned copies of candidates’ OMR answer sheets soon. After the OMR sheets are uploaded, the objection window process will begin, allowing students to challenge any response or question they believe is incorrect.
Candidates will be able to submit objections online through the official portal. The detailed schedule, including the last date to raise challenges, will be announced separately by the agency.
All objections submitted within the prescribed period will be reviewed by subject experts appointed by the NTA. If any challenge is found valid, the correction will be incorporated into the final answer key. The final result will be prepared on the basis of the revised answer key.

- Log in to the official portal
- Click on “Challenge Answer Key”
- Select the question(s) they wish to challenge
- Upload supporting documents or proof
- Pay the objection fee of Rs 200 per question
- Submit the challenge form online
