NCERT RIE admissions 2026 registration begins on May 15; check CEE exam date and details
NCERT RIE admissions 2026: The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has announced admissions for various teacher education programmes offered through its Regional Institutes of Education (RIEs) for the academic session 2026.
According to the official notification released by the RIE, Bhubaneswar, the online registration and application process will begin on May 15, 2026, and continue till June 5, 2026. Eligible candidates can apply through the official Common Entrance Examination (CEE) portal at cee.ncert.gov.in.
The admission process is being conducted for several undergraduate and postgraduate teacher education programmes offered at different RIE campuses across the country.
The courses available under the NCERT RIE Admissions 2026 include Integrated M.Sc.Ed. (6-Year), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) (2-Year), Integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. (3-Year), Master of Arts (M.A.) in Education Technology (2-Year), and Master of Education (M.Ed.) (2-Year).
The Common Entrance Examination (CEE) 2026 is scheduled to be conducted on June 28, 2026, at examination centres across India.

NCERT has informed that candidates will be able to download their admit cards from June 20, 2026 onwards through the official portal.
The council also stated that the answer key release date and objection submission schedule will be announced later on the CEE website. Candidates have been advised to regularly visit the official portal for the latest updates related to the entrance examination and admission process.
