CGCAT Assistant Commandant Result 02/2024: The Indian Coast Guard has released the result of Stage-I of Assistant Commandant CGCAT 02/2024. Candidates who appeared in the written examination can check and download their result from the official website at joinindiancoastguard.cdac.in.

The selection of Assistant Commandants is based on an all-India order of merit which is based on the performance of candidates in various stages (I – V) of examination.

The Stage-I test was conducted in designated centers located all over India. The test comprised 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQ), with four marks for each correct answer and one negative mark for every five incorrect answers. The duration of the test was two hours, and the medium of the test paper was English.

Shortlisted candidates will now appear in Stage II (Preliminary Selection Board) which will be conducted for a day at Noida, Mumbai/Goa, Chennai, and Kolkata centres.

Step 2. On the homepage, click on the link that reads, "Result of Stage – I of CGCAT 02/2024 batch has been declared and is available for viewing through individual login"
Step 3. You will be redirected to a new page, enter your 'Roll ID' and 'Password'
Step 4. Your result will be displayed on the screen
Step 5. Download and take a printout of the result for future reference
