ICSI CS December Executive and Professional exam result 2026: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is expected to release the CS Executive and CS Professional December 2025 results on its official website, icsi.edu, today, February 24, 2026, Thursday. According to the official notice, the results for the professional programme will be released at 11 AM, and the executive programme will be released at 2 PM. The scorecard will also include a subject-wise break-up. Candidates who appeared for the examinations can access their scorecards online by using their login credentials. The examinations were conducted in offline mode between December 22 and December 29, 2025, across designated test centres.

The institute has clarified that the formal e-result-cum-marks statement for executive program candidates will be uploaded on the website immediately after the result declaration. No physical copy of the Executive Marks Statement will be issued.

The institute has also announced the schedule for the next examination session. The CS Professional and Executive Programme examinations for June 2026 will be conducted from June 1 to June 7, 2026, in morning sessions. Online enrolment for these examinations will begin from February 26, 2026, along with payment of examination fees.
Additionally, the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) will be held from June 1 to June 4, 2026 in afternoon sessions. Online registration for CSEET candidates will start from March 1, 2026.
