Interested engineering graduates can apply through the official HPCL portal. The online application process began on February 25, 2026, and the last date to apply is March 10, 2026.
Candidates who want to apply must complete the registration before the deadline, as applications submitted after the last date will not be considered.
HPCL has announced 250 training positions for Graduate Apprentices in its refineries.
These apprenticeships will be offered in engineering streams such as Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Computer Science/Information Technology (IT).
Candidates must meet the following conditions before applying:

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹25,000 during the apprenticeship period. Out of this amount, ₹20,500 will be paid by HPCL, while ₹4,500 will be paid by the Government of India through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme.
Applications will be screened based on the marks obtained in the qualifying engineering degree. Candidates will then be called for document verification in a ratio of 1:5 based on merit. A final merit list will be prepared after verification of documents.
Selected candidates will also need to complete the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) formalities and submit medical and verification documents before joining the training programme.
