Haryana D.El.Ed October 2026 exam applications to begin from May 21; Board issues strict deadline warning
Board of School Education Haryana has announced the complete schedule for online applications for the D.El.Ed October 2026 examinations. The board has made it clear that all affiliated institutes must complete the application process within the prescribed timeline, as no applications will be accepted after the final deadline.
Board Chairman Dr. Pawan Kumar said that the results of the D.El.Ed examinations conducted in February/March 2026 for admission years 2023-25 and 2024-26 have already been declared on May 14, 2026. Following the result announcement, preparations have now begun for the October 2026 examinations.
According to the board, online applications will begin from May 21, 2026. Students will be able to submit their forms through the login IDs of their respective institutes on the official website of the board, BSEH Official Website.
For regular students of D.El.Ed admission year 2025-27, the board has prescribed a one-time examination fee of Rs 4,300 covering both years.
After that, applications will be accepted with a late fee of Rs 100 from June 5 to June 11, Rs 300 from June 12 to June 18, and Rs 1,000 from June 19 to June 25, 2026.

Re-appear and regular students eligible for exam
The October 2026 examination will be conducted for re-appear candidates of admission years 2023-25 and 2024-26. Apart from this, regular second-year students of the 2024-26 batch and first-year regular students of the 2025-27 batch will also appear in the examination.According to the board, online applications will begin from May 21, 2026. Students will be able to submit their forms through the login IDs of their respective institutes on the official website of the board, BSEH Official Website.
Examination fee structure announced
The board has fixed the re-appear examination fee at Rs 800 per subject. Students having re-appear in more than one subject will have to pay an additional Rs 200 for every extra subject. However, the maximum examination fee has been capped at Rs 2,000 per student-teacher.For regular students of D.El.Ed admission year 2025-27, the board has prescribed a one-time examination fee of Rs 4,300 covering both years.
Heavy late fee after deadline
The board has also issued a strict schedule for submission of forms with late fees. Applications can be submitted without late fee from May 21 to June 4, 2026.Board warns institutes against delay
