GUJCET registration deadline extended 2026: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has once again extended the registration deadline for the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2026. Candidates can now apply for the exam till January 16, 2026. Applicants submitting after the earlier deadline will need to pay a late fee of ₹1,000. The regular application fee for GUJCET is ₹350. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, net banking, or in cash at designated SBI branches.
GUJCET is one of the most significant entrance tests in Gujarat. It is the main step for students who want to enter engineering and pharmacy courses all over the state. The test measures the understanding of the students in these subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The scores are an important factor in the decision of whether or not a student is eligible for different undergraduate programs in Gujarat.
Candidates can pay the application fee using online options such as credit card, debit card, and net banking. Those preferring offline payment can select SBI Branch Payment and submit the fee in cash at designated branches.
The late fee of ₹1,000 applies to all applications submitted up to the new deadline of January 16. GSEB has warned that no applications will be accepted after this date, under any circumstances.
