Federal Bank will close the online registration process for Office Assistant Recruitment 2026 tomorrow, January 8, 2026. Candidates who are interested in starting their career in the banking sector and meet the eligibility criteria should apply as soon as possible through the official Federal Bank website.
The online application process started on December 30, 2025. This recruitment drive is open to candidates from across India, but applicants must fulfill all conditions mentioned by the bank. Only one application per candidate is allowed. Multiple applications may lead to disqualification.
To be eligible, candidates must have passed Class 10 (SSC) and should not be a graduate. Candidates who have already completed graduation are not eligible to apply.
Applicants must also have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, along with at least one month of training in the same. Candidates should be Indian citizens, and their domicile must be in the same district as the branch they are applying for, or within a 20 km radius.
The age limit is 18 to 20 years as on December 1, 2025. Age relaxation is applicable for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates, as well as candidates who have previously worked as temporary employees in the bank, as per rules.
The application fee is:
₹500 for General and Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates, and ₹100 for SC and ST candidates.
Applications can be submitted only in online mode through the Federal Bank official website. After completing registration, candidates must fill in their personal and educational details, upload required documents, pay the application fee, and save the confirmation page for future reference.

The total duration of the exam will be 60 minutes. Candidates who qualify in the online test will be called for a personal interview. Final selection will be done based on overall performance and document verification.
Selected candidates will receive a salary ranging from ₹19,500 to ₹37,815, along with 11 stagnation increments. In addition to salary, employees will get benefits such as pension under the National Pension System (NPS), medical insurance, gratuity, and other allowances, including concessional loans. The probation period is usually six months.
