CUET PG 2026: NTA releases subject-wise schedule at exams.nta.nic.in; check details here
CUET PG 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the subject-wise examination schedule for the Common University Entrance Test Postgraduate (CUET PG) 2026. The official notice was issued today, February 14, 2026, on the NTA’s exam website.
Candidates who have registered for CUET PG 2026 can now check the detailed exam dates, shift timings, subject names, and subject codes.
As per the official notice, the CUET PG 2026 examination will be held from March 6 to March 27, 2026.
The registration process for CUET PG 2026 for the 2026-27 academic session was conducted from December 14, 2025, to January 25, 2026. A correction window was also provided from January 28 to January 30, 2026, for candidates to make changes to their application forms.
The CUET PG 2026 exam will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.
According to NTA, the examination will be conducted for 157 postgraduate subjects. A total of 4,11,366 unique candidates have registered for the exam.
Candidates are allowed to appear for up to four test papers, as per earlier guidelines.
The detailed subject-wise exam schedule, including Exam date, Shift timing, Subject name, and Subject code has been released as Annexure I along with the public notice. Candidates are advised to carefully check the schedule and prepare accordingly.

The city intimation slip for CUET PG 2026 will be released on the NTA website around 10 days before the examination date. This slip will inform candidates about the city where their exam centre is located.

CUET PG 2026 exam dates

Exam mode and shift details
The CUET PG 2026 exam will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.
- The exam will be held in two to three shifts per day
- Shift timings include 9 am to 10:30 am, Shift 2 from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm, and Shift 3 from 4 pm to 5:30 pm.
- Each shift will be of 90 minutes

Medium of question paper
The CUET PG 2026 question paper will be available in English and Hindi, except for certain subjects:
- 41 language papers will be conducted in the respective languages only
- Master of Technology (MTech) and Higher Sciences papers will be in English only
- Acharya papers will be in Sanskrit, except:
- Indian Knowledge System
- Bauddha Darshan
- Trilingual (Hindi, Sanskrit, English)
- Hindu Studies paper will be available in Hindi and English
