CTET 2026 result: CBSE opens request window for OMR, calculation sheet; apply by May 1
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released an important notice for candidates who appeared in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test 2026 (CTET). After declaring the CTET 2026 result, the board has now allowed candidates to request their calculation sheet along with a copy of the OMR sheet.
Candidates who wish to obtain their calculation sheet and OMR copy can apply by May 1, 2026. Applications received after this date will not be considered.
CBSE declared the CTET Result 2026 on March 30, 2026 on the official website ctet.nic.in. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their scorecards using their roll number and date of birth.
The result was released after the board completed the answer key review process. Earlier, CBSE had displayed scanned OMR sheets and provisional answer keys and invited objections from candidates.
The CTET 2026 examination was conducted on February 7 and 8, 2026 across the country. More than 2.5 million candidates registered for the exam.
The exam was conducted in two papers:
Candidates who want their OMR sheet and calculation sheet must submit an application along with a fee of Rs 500.
The fee must be paid through Bank Draft in favour of Secretary, CBSE, payable at Delhi.

Applications can be sent through speed post or submitted by hand.
Important instructions
The board has also clarified that the decision of the competent authority will be final.
Candidates are advised to apply within the deadline if they wish to obtain their CTET 2026 calculation sheet and OMR copy.

- Roll number
- Name
- Address
These details should also be written on the backside of the bank draft.

Important instructions
- Applications submitted after May 1, 2026 will not be accepted
- Incomplete applications will be rejected
- OMR sheets will be sent only to candidates by speed post
- Requests from institutions or media will not be accepted
- Candidates who applied earlier must apply again with fee
