CBSE recruitment 2025: Registration deadline for 124 Junior Assistant posts extended, here is how to apply
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the last date to apply for its ongoing recruitment for Group A, B and C posts. Candidates can now submit their applications online till December 27, 2025, instead of the earlier deadline of December 22. Through this recruitment drive, CBSE aims to fill 124 posts across different services. The vacancies include roles such as Junior Assistant, Assistant Secretary, Assistant Professor and Assistant Director. Interested candidates can apply through the official website, cbse.gov.in, after checking the eligibility conditions for the post they wish to apply for.
Services under Group B include posts of Superintendent and Junior Translation Officer. Meanwhile, Group C posts include Junior Accountant and Junior Assistant.
These posts cover administrative, academic support, finance, and coordination roles essential to CBSE’s core functions.

Step 2: Register as a new user/applicant.
Step 3: Complete the online application form with all details.
Step 4: Upload prescribed documents (education certificates, photo, signature).

Tier-I Written Examination: An objective test assessing general awareness, reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and role-specific knowledge.

CBSE will do the final selection based on a combined assessment of written performance and skill tests, followed by document verification.
